About
Oun is a pole dance instructor and performer sharing her life between Lisboa and Paris. As a trained ballet dancer since the age of 8, she took her first pole dance class in 2011. She’s been training since in several Parisian studios (Pole Spirit, Wild Pole Studio, Studio Françoise, Eclipse Pole Studio…)
Her dancing style is focused on fluidity and sensual movement, and takes inspiration from Stripper Style, Russian Exotic Pole and contemporary dance. She finds passion in slow and erotic flow.

1st Eden Pole Competition 2023 "Hypnotic Flow", London.
As a pole dance performer, she has participated to several shows and music video clips and is giving workshops internationally (France, Portugal, UK, Thailand... )
Private online classes
Private classes are online via Zoom. Classes are available in French and English. Heels welcome but not mandatory !
Before the first class, we’ll discuss your goals and what you’d like to work on.
Class starts with a warm-up, then we’ll be working on dance combinations or a whole choreo, and finish with a cool-down.
Duration: 1h15 online
From initiation to intermediate level.
In-person classes can be up to 2 students max.
